Job Description:

• As a Senior Developer for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, the candidate will help with critical

digital transformation activities to lead and develop applications which optimize costs, drive efficiencies,

and deliver business outcomes.

• The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes

estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of

application developed for us.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implementation of Customer Service/Sales/Marketing modules.

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, system administrators, technical managers, project

managers end users to build a CRM application which is used by clients internal team

• Deliver high quality, secure and high-performance CRM applications with Azure Integrations
• Expertise in Azure integrations like Azure Service Bus/ Azure Functions / Logic Apps.

Development, Continuous Integration and detailed documentation

• Provide technical guidance to junior CRM  developers, follow best practices in CRM development
• Be hands-on with the code and have solid experience in developing Plugins and Custom Workflows along with Java Scripts.
• Experience in Configuring CI/CD pipelines  for Dynamics CRM solution deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed
• Ability to convert requirements into Solution proposals and also develop prototypes before delivering the solution.

• Experience in Developing Custom APIs

Preferred/Recommended:

• 9+ years of Dynamics 365 Experience.
• Deep understanding Customer Service Sales and Marketing  Modules
• Strong .NET development background
• MS Dynamics CRM Certifications
